Dear President's Club Winners,

I hope you are well and having a great March – the global climate is, of course, challenging right now but I also wanted you to know I am so proud of what you have achieved so far.

Unfortunately, given the circumstances, we have taken the decision to postpone President’s Club which was due to take place later this month. I know how disappointed you will be – this is one of the highlights of our year where we have the opportunity to spend time with you, to learn from you and ultimately to say thank you for all your efforts. I hope you will understand that this is the right decision in line with our values and prioritising the wellbeing of the SWO family.

I want to reiterate that is incredibly important to us that we will still recognise and celebrate your achievements as our highest performers and role models of our culture and values. You have my commitment that we will find a way to do this even it means moving the event later in the year.
